| Born in New Orleans, California resident Claude Robert is a self-taught sculptor with over
40 years of experience in the visual arts. He has worked with a variety of media, including paint, glass, mosaic tile, and
metal. Claude is a retired educator, and spends much of his time hiking and biking; it is the outdoors that inspires much
of his work. He assembles found objects into decorative interior and exterior designs, and uses salvaged iron and steel
to draw attention to environmental and social issues. |
