| After many years of studying with teachers across the country: Cedric and Joanette Egeli in Maryland, Irving Shapiro in Chicago, and Roberta Carter Clark and Don Andrews in Monterey, I decided to learn the old masters' secrets. In 2000 I enrolled in School of Representational Art, a small atelier in Chicago. After this two year full time "boot camp", I was ready to open my own studio and pursue painting with a passion. |

| After years of classical portrait training at an atelier in Chicago, I migrated to Crestline in the beautiful San Bernadino Mountains of So. California. I've opened a studio/gallery in a picturesque cottage near Lake Gregory. My latest penchant is plein aire painting of the lake shore or capturing the mountain light and air on canvas. |
