Debbie Loeppky has been a resident of Crestline for seven years. She was an education specialist for 12 years and has a degree in art from U.C. Davis. She has studied with Wayne Thiebaud, Manuel Neri, Mike Henderson and other members of the San Francisco artists guild. Her ten years of picture framing experience at United Picture and Frame Co. Pasadena includes gallery framing.
