1. Gallery rent is due the first of each month as follows:
$50 for full wall (6-ft)
$25 for ½ wall (3-ft)
$25 for single easel or card rack

2. Every gallery member must sit 12 hours per month. A spouse who is a MAN member may sit for you or with you if he/she is trained. Members may have another gallery member sit for them. There is a pool of members who will sit for you for a $25/month fee . If you have an emergency and cannot sit on your scheduled day, please call Darlene Kraft at (909) 337-7810

3. Gallery member's art will be removed from their wall if rent is not paid by the 5th day of each month or if a member has not fulfilled their sitting responsibilities or if their membership in MAN is not current.

4. Gallery member will be charged a $10 late fee if rent is not paid by the first of the month. Rent payments could be delivered to the gallery , turned in at the monthly Gallery meetings, or mailed to P. O. Box 1275
Lake Arrowhead, Ca 92352.

5. The Gallery meeting is always the fourth Wednesday of each month.

6. Gallery members must keep their MAN membership current.

7. Each gallery member should have a updated inventory list of their art, including prices, submitted to the gallery manager. Art pieces should be well priced to sell.

8. Gallery Art should never be on the floor. All art must be on a shelf, small table or in a display rack with legs. Under no circumstances should the display be out from the wall or grid more than 18 inches and under no circumstances should an artist's display encroach upon or impede access to another artist's work.

9. Gallery members are encouraged to rotate their wall art, monthly, if possible. This will give your wall a new look, for those repeat customers.

10. If you plan to leave the gallery, it is mandatory that you give the gallery manager a 30-day notice. If less than 30 days notice is given, you will be charged for the entire month. Any change in space size will take place on the first of the month, as space becomes available.

11. It is the gallery member's responsibility to be been trained on all gallery procedures. An instruction books is available for guidance at the front desk.

12. As walls become available, a gallery member who is on a portable wall or grid, and has requested a change, has first option to move to that wall. The next person on the waiting list may be assigned the grid or portable wall.

13. Payment for sales will be processed at the end of each month and artist will receive their checks, either in person or by mail. Gallery split is always 80% to artist and 20% to gallery on each sale.

14. The gallery now offers gift certificates at the front desk. The gallery also offers a layaway plan with a down payment 25% of sale (including sales tax) and balance to be paid in 30, 60 or 90 days (not to exceed 90 days from deposit).

15. No photographs of any gallery art work is allowed, without artist permission.

16. THE BUYER'S ID MUST BE CHECKED ON ALL CHECK AND CREDIT CARD SALES. There must be a minimum of $10 in purchase to use credit cards.
